The Event Specialist a family owned and operated business based in Fort Myers, Florida it was conceptualized in 2001 as The One Stop Design Shop (OSDS). We provide an array of services to the Social and Corporate Event Planning Industry.  We have provided our services throughout the state of Florida as well as provided personalized stationary items and custom décor pieces for out of state clients.

We here at “The Event Specialist” are infamously known for providing sophistication, class and elegance to every scene, while at the same time keeping up with the latest trends and providing the highest quality customer service.  We work with our clients to identify their needs, ensure customer satisfaction that meet quality expectations. We are an event production company that offers services in event decorating, planning, and coordinating. We are with you from conception to completion.

Service Description

We provide event planning, designs, and production from conception to completion. We work with vendors and/or facilities to organize details such as décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, invite list, special guests, equipment, and promotional material etc.

Liaise with our clients to identify their needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to gather the latest trends and fashion in the social and corporate event industry
